JCM Groundwork's Resin Bound Paving Driveways

JCM Groundworks resin bound paving is a hard-wearing material, containing a combination of naturally-occuring gravel, shingle and crushed granite, which is mixed with a specially formulated clear UV stable aliphatic polymer resin. This forms a mixture which is poured and then hand trowelled to a smooth surface. Our resin bound driveways allow us to lay your driveway cleanly and quickly without excavation, which means the majority of jobs can be finished in 1 to 2 days. The fast-drying nature of the material also means that you can start to use your resin-bound driveway the day after we lay it.

Once laid, the benefits continue. No loose stones means no more stone chips on your car, and the smooth surface is ideal for those pushchairs, wheelchairs, or simply for those who find an uneven drive difficult to walk on. The surface itself is easy for you to maintain, and will retain its smart look due to the fact that weeds will not be able to grow- you can simply brush them away if they appear on the surface of the paving. Cleaning is easy with a hose or power-washer, and the water will drain away from the semi porous surface.
